Barcelona
Written By Christopher Ward
Barcelona, the capital of Spain’s autonomous region of Catalonia (Catalunya in Catalan; Cataluña in Castilian), is a world-class city on the Mediterranean. It’s the cultural center of the Catalan people, and Spain’s second largest city by population.
I was lucky enough to spend 4 months in Barcelona for study abroad in 2012. And even though I only had a point-and-shoot camera, I was able to capture some of the most iconic landmarks in the city.
See below for some of the highlights from my trip.
Park Güell
La Sagrada Familia
Torre de Collserola
Camp Nou
Casa Arnus and Tibidabo
Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya
